In-Form Solutions through our partners MIAA, first evaluated St Helen’s CCG’s community clinics together with its triage service with all findings and recommendations accepted by the Finance & Performance and Quality Committees. Subsequently, the team supported the CCG’s commissioning team with both their Out of Hospital and Planned Care strategies. This involved further developing telemedicine services, the planning, establishment and implementation of the Referral Management System, as well as enhancing the community clinic and triage services.

In-Form Solutions undertook an in-depth review of all the support services functions at this private hospital in Dublin. This review involved undertaking some detailed benchmarking and reviewing performance, productivity and outcomes. As a result of this variation was identified and the In-Form Solutions team worked with the hospital mangers to identify significant savings, through improved procurement, changes in skills mix and numbers, and through reorganisation.

In-Form Solutions has supported Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust over a number of years with a variety of projects to include, undertaking a benchmarking exercise followed by a number of detailed deep dive reviews in specific clinical and non-clinical areas and a private patient review.

In-Form Solutions supported one of the largest Mental Health Trusts in the North West of England by developing and implementing their cost improvement programme and supporting their financial planning framework.

Leicester City CCG engaged after competitive tender the Methods Consulting team to prepare an Outline Business Case for developing an Outcome Based Commissioning model of contracting and commissioning health services. Indeed, they were one of the first CCG's.

In-Form Solutions have been supporting the Good Hope Hospital site for a number of years by undertaking a wide variety of projects including developing a business case, undertaking a feasibility review, supporting its cost improvement, income generation, fundraising and innovation programmes.
